Our client is a rapidly growing Birmingham based Professional services consultancy specialising in Taxation Compliance issues, think along the lines of Brexit etc.
They are exploring VC funding and talking with funders at the moment, and now need a part-time FD to meet their requirements. This role will be for a few days per month initially but may grow to be one day per week in time
They are a small team of around 10-12 staff.
Providing assurance and information to funders, including PE houses and VC funds. Preparing monthly management information and accounts and working closely with their founders and external advisors
ACA or ACMA preferred.
A good day rate.
