Our client a leading charity based in Leeds, is looking for an experienced FD, on a temp to perm basis.
Provide regular financial analysis
Lead on annual budget-setting and monitoring, consulting with managers on resource requirements for the following year.
Work with departmental managers on cost centre analysis and reporting to maximise income and improve value for money.
Review company expenditure, including contracts to ensure maximum value for money and improve efficiencies
Lead on the end of year accounting
Manage banking processes and cashflow forecasting
Ensure effective balance sheet control through monthly reconciliations
Lead on financial forecasting
Adaptable and approachable
Charity experience would be beneficial but not essential
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
