Job Title: Part-Time CFO (Chief Financial Officer) – Remote (Seed Funding Focus)

As we prepare for our next phase of growth, including a Seed funding round, we are seeking a strategic and experienced Part-Time CFO to lead our financial strategy and fundraising efforts.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-impact finance executive to guide us through a successful Seed funding round and help lay the foundation for scalable, long-term financial health. This fully remote role is ideal for a hands-on CFO with a strong background in startup finance, capital raising, and investor relations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning and modeling in preparation for Seed round fundraising

Develop investor materials, including pitch decks, financial forecasts, and data rooms

Serve as a key financial spokesperson in investor meetings and due diligence

Advise on fundraising strategy, valuation, and term sheets

Establish internal financial systems, controls, and reporting mechanisms

Forecast cash flow and manage burn rate effectively

Partner with founders to align financial strategy with business goals

Support post-fundraising reporting and investor communications
Qualifications:

Proven experience raising Seed or Series A capital, ideally in the healthtech or consumer health sectors

Deep understanding of startup finance, valuation, and cap table management

Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and presentation skills

Ability to engage credibly with VCs, angels, and institutional investors

Experience working with lean, agile, and remote-first teams

CPA, MBA, or equivalent executive finance experience preferred
Schedule & Compensation:

Commitment: 3–4 days/month (remote & flexible)
