About the Company
We are a high-growth, international B2B SaaS company with a well-established brand and global presence across the UK, US, APAC, and LATAM. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a commercially astute and strategic Group Finance Director to join our executive leadership team and help drive the next phase of growth, integration, and operational excellence.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of the global finance function within a dynamic, product-led SaaS business, backed by strong recurring revenues, robust client relationships, and a clear path to further expansion.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Group Finance Director will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the business. You will lead all financial operations, support investor relations, and provide actionable insights to support sustainable, data-driven growth across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the global finance function, overseeing financial planning & analysis, reporting, compliance, and risk management

Act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board, providing insight and challenge on financial performance, growth strategy, and market opportunities

Own and develop robust financial models to support expansion, product investment, and international operations

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting, ensuring consistency and accuracy across global entities

Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, investors, banks, and tax authorities

Drive automation and scalability across finance systems, reporting tools, and processes

Support capital raising efforts, M&A activity, and post-deal integration as needed

Build and lead a high-performing finance team in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
What We're Looking For

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience

Proven track record as a senior finance leader within a scaling B2B SaaS business (essential)

Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, recurring revenue models, and international group structures

Experience working closely with founders, boards, and investors (PE/VC-backed experience a plus)

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

Highly analytical, commercially driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment

Experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency operations
