The Opportunity
As we scale across international markets, we are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. This is a pivotal strategic appointment aimed at enhancing financial performance, sharpening forecasting and reporting capabilities, and helping steer the business toward profitability and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities

Own the financial strategy, planning, and reporting functions, ensuring accurate forecasting and insightful performance analysis

Partner with the CEO and Board to shape and execute growth strategies, including international expansion and new market entry

Build and lead a high-performing finance team, implementing systems, controls, and processes fit for scale

Improve real-time reporting, KPIs, and SaaS metrics to support agile decision-making

Oversee investor reporting and board communications, acting as a key liaison with VC stakeholders

Support M&A, strategic partnerships, and future fundraising activities

Develop a clear path to profitability through data-driven cost management, margin optimization, and commercial analysis

Ensure compliance across international operations, including tax, audit, and regulatory frameworks
Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience

Proven CFO or senior finance leader in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with international operations

Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and fundraising processes

Experience working with venture capital or growth equity investors (climate/sustainability focus is a plus)

Strategic thinker with hands-on operational finance skills and an ability to scale teams, systems, and processes

Passion for sustainability, industrial innovation, or climate tech preferred

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across executive and investor stakeholders
