A London based company operating in the internet services space is looking for a full time FD to take their business to the next level.
They have been trading for around 8 years and have built revenue to around the £5m level but now want to raise funds and accelerate their progression upwards with an ambitious plan to reach £12m in the next 5 years. They plan a series of acquisitions of smaller rivals combined with organic growth.
The role involves day to day management of a finance function of three and the preparation of Management and Statutory Accounts.

Preparation of a business plan and financial model
Outreaching to PE houses and potential investors, including preparation of a pitch deck.
Due Diligence on prospective aquisitions.
ACA/CIMA
Previous background in E-Commerce essential.
