• Experienced ACCA/CIMA qualified accountan.
• Have a good knowledge of accounting systems and systems implementation
• Collaborates across the business and works closely with the senior management team and board
• Can provide mentoring, coaching and development of staff focusing on competency and skill, regardless of direct reporting lines
• Can manage conflict and disagreement, ensuring positive outcome in all cases
• Demonstrate good people skills and become a valued member of the team
• Can provide strong leadership throughout the organisation
• Ideally experience of the recruitment sector
