Reporting to the CEO/CFO, you will take full ownership of the integrity, control and forward planning of the Group's finances — spanning statutory and management reporting, VAT, cash-flow planning, investor distributions, group accounting, budgeting and fundraising support. This is a genuinely broad, senior finance leadership role for someone equally comfortable setting strategy and working through the detail.

Key responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day ownership of the Group finance function across all companies and property-owning entities
• Monthly consolidated management accounts, VAT compliance, and coordination of year-end statutory accounts and audit
• Short-, medium- and long-term cash-flow forecasting across the Group and underlying entities
• Administration of investor dividends — calculations, schedules, reconciliation and full audit trail
• Leading the annual budgeting/forecasting cycle and building financial models for acquisitions, yields and investor returns
• Supporting equity fundraising, financial due diligence and transaction work
• Managing external accountants, auditors and tax advisers, and building internal finance capability as the team grows
