A growing UK creator-commerce business is looking for a fractional Financial Controller to build and run its finance function on a flexible, part-time basis.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced controller who wants ownership without a full-time commitment. You'll be the finance backbone of a lean, ambitious team — creating process where little exists today and giving the founders the financial clarity to scale.
What you'll own

Creator payments end-to-end: accurate, on-time settlement and clear communication with creators on timelines, adjustments and queries
Reconciliations and discrepancy resolution across payments and the e-commerce P&L, including supplier AR

Short and medium-term cashflow modelling to guide founder decision-making
Invoice review, validation and settlement

Building lightweight, scalable financial processes and controls as the business grows
