FD Capital | Fractional & Interim Finance Recruitment

We're partnering with a fast-growing, cross-border fund management group that's building out its UK presence and seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to join on a one-day-a-week basis initially, with genuine scope to scale as the business grows.

This is an opportunity for a commercially sharp finance leader to help shape a multi-jurisdiction operation from the ground up — spanning fund structuring, UK FCA authorisation, and an active fundraising agenda.

The role

Working closely with the founders and board, you'll:

• Lead financial strategy, planning and reporting across a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction structure
• Support an active capital-raising programme — financial modelling, investor materials, data room preparation and due diligence readiness
• Contribute to the financial elements of the firm's UK FCA authorisation (regulatory capital, financial resources, ICARA)
• Build lean, scalable finance infrastructure and governance suitable for a regulated start-up
• Act as a trusted commercial partner to leadership as the business scales
