Part-Time FD - PE Fundraising
Description
Our client is a mental health care consultancy currently focussed on the London corporate sector, they need a part-time FD to help them create a pitch deck, then use that to raise funds from PE Houses and VC Funds.
This is a really exciting challenge for an FD with a background in fund raising.  A proper dragon's den style opportunity, ideal for the right candidate.
The client is very impressive and plans to use the funds raised to break into the public sector market, Local Government, the NHS and the blue light services.
There is significant potential with this client, and if the fund raise is successful, this can lead to a longer term consultancy / non-executive role with the business.
Responsibilities
Creating a pitch deck
Outreaching to PE houses and VC Funds.
Qualifications
ACA preferred / Corporate finance professionals considered.
