Our client is a residential care home operator located in the South of Birmingham, they are backed by a Private Equity House and need their first FD to give the Finance team direction and to meet the expectations of the funder.

We are working closely with the PE House on this role and the requirement is for industry experience so only apply if you can evidence at least 3 years of recent working in this niche.   The business turnover is circa £12m with plans to double in the near future.

This is a talented team set to grow by aquisition.

The role is likely to be around 2-3 days per week, with more time required in the initial familiarisation phase.

The position is being newly created at the request of the PE house and the start date is likely to be early in the new year, keep in mind the interview process will be extended with this time line in mind.
