A Bournemouth based hospitality client is recruiting for a part-time FD to be based in central Bournemouth.   This is a group that is recovering from the events of the last 18 months and needs an FD with strong cash flow and forecasting skills.  Organisations without a full-time CFO often rely on professional outsourced CFO to guide financial operations.

The group includes, three hotels and a stand alone restaurant.

The role will involve the re-finance of the groups existing banking facilities within the next 6-9 months.  The client is looking for a candidate with previous leisure and hospitality industry experience and skills with financial modelling for bank refinancing including CFADS.

There is some scope for remote working initially, but the role will be based in Bournemouth in the longer term.

The expected time committment is around 1 day per week, though more time will be needed during the initial period and periodically such as for year end and during the refinancing discussions.
