Job Overview:

As Chief Financial and Operating Officer, you will play a crucial role in steering the company through its next phase of growth. Your dual expertise in finance and operations will ensure we maximise our resources efficiently and sustainably, while maintaining our position at the forefront of industrial technology.

Responsibilities

 

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop strategic financial and operational plans that align with the company's long-term goals.
  • Financial Management: Oversee all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure capital adequacies for all initiatives.
  • Operational Oversight: Streamline operations to enhance productivity and efficiency. Implement effective systems and processes that support the company's growth.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial partners.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. Oversee the preparation of all fiscal reporting activities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the finance and operations teams to achieve excellence.
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, sales, production, etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
  • An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Professional qualification such as ICAEW/CIMA.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a CFO, COO, or in a similar senior role within a technology-driven industry.

Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
