We’re looking for experienced recruiters operating in:
- CFO / Finance Leadership
- C-Suite appointments

You’ll work with a strong, credible brand and high-value mandates—without the constraints of a traditional agency.
💰 The Package (Simple & Powerful)
- 40% commission on first £100K billed
- 50% commission thereafter
- No cap. No thresholds. No ceiling.
- No basic salary – pure performance mode Designed for high-performers who want to maximise earnings.
