### *The Role*
We’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial finance leader who can balance rigour with agility.
You’ll lead group-wide financial management, build robust systems, and partner directly with founders and senior leadership to drive performance and growth.
*Key areas of focus:*
* Oversee multi-entity finance operations, reporting, and cashflow
* Streamline accounting processes and implement strong controls
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis
* Support funding, investments, and new venture structuring
* Provide concise, insightful financial reporting to senior stakeholders
* Manage and mentor a small finance team, fostering collaboration and accountability
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
* Experience in creative, media, luxury, or consumer sectors
* Hands-on operator comfortable with complexity and change
* Strong communicator who can translate financial data into clear insight
* Pragmatic, grounded, and commercially minded
* Confident working directly with entrepreneurial founders
