Job Title: Fractional Finance Director (1 day per week)

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Fractional Finance Director to join us on a part-time basis (1 day per week initially). You’ll work remotely but play a key role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring our growth is built on a solid and sustainable foundation.
You will collaborate closely with the founder and management team, bringing both high-level strategic insight and practical, hands-on financial expertise to the table.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the company’s financial strategy, ensuring it supports our growth objectives.

Deliver accurate and timely management accounts, financial reports, and cash flow forecasts.

Improve budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Monitor KPIs and advise leadership on opportunities, risks, and efficiencies.

Ensure compliance with relevant tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

Support funding applications, investment planning, and grant opportunities.

Provide commercial insights to improve profitability and manage costs effectively.

Mentor and upskill our small finance/admin team to ensure robust processes are in place.
About You

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with proven senior finance leadership experience.

Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or leisure sectors is a plus.

Commercially astute with excellent analytical and strategic skills.

Strong communicator able to present financial information clearly to non-financial colleagues.

Comfortable in a hands-on role within a small, entrepreneurial environment.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.
